Our Mission

Our Leadership
Clarity Resource Group has over thirty years of combined recruiting and workforce solutions experience and boasts a broad client base of high-tech, manufacturing, government, real estate, education, finance and accounting (both private and public sector clients), sales, healthcare, telecommunication, travel and hospitality, and professional service firms.

Our Methodology
We believe in adding strategic insight and expertise in all matters related to talent acquisition. Our mission is to allow our clients to achieve a high return from their investment in human capital. More specifically, we have adopted a formula that helps explain organizational success and utilizes two distinct human capital models for creating competitive advantage. These models that we have based our methodology upon were developed through a Harvard Business School study that two discusses two remarkable competitive advantage models.
