The Junior BI Recruiter will assist the Senior BI Recruiters throughout the full recruiting life cycle, both for internal BI resource needs and for the needs of clients seeking to enhance their BI capabilities. Responsibilities:
• Work with Senior BI Recruiters to understand BI consultant sourcing strategies, BI position responsibilities and requirements, client needs, and hiring goals.
• Help execute and refine a variety of BI talent sourcing strategies, including web and event networking/marketing, database/resume mining, referral generation, organizational partnerships, and cold calling.
• For BI positions delegated by senior recruiters and executive management, assist in identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates; evaluating skill sets and experience; verifying references; and qualifying candidates for further screening by senior recruiters, clients, and/or management.
• Help Clarity maintain an efficient, manageable recruiting pipeline by assuming sourcing and placement activities for secondary resource needs.
• In all communications with candidates, promote Clarity’s value proposition and its position as a desired employer in the BI space.
• Play a vital role in the administration of all recruiting activities, including developing and publicizing position descriptions; categorizing and maintaining resumes; collecting and managing candidate contact information; documenting and maintaining interview notes/feedback; and coordinating follow-ups.
• Administer documentation relating to the hiring and retention processes, such as onboarding paperwork, timesheets, and evaluation forms.
• Attend recruiting conferences and job fairs in the industry as appropriate.
• Represent recruiting staff at regular internal meetings.
Requirements
• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or Communications; or a BS in a technology field.
• Two years of work experience in a sales or recruiting role within a corporate or search firm environment.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demands.
• Two years of networking experience, particularly with Internet-based tools.
• Competency in commercially available database and spreadsheet software.
• Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work well independently.
• High comfort level and ability to interact with candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures.
• Outstanding listening skills as well as verbal and written communications skills.
• Background or experience in technology is a plus.
