Our History
Founded in 2004 in Austin, Texas, Clarity started out with a singular mission: to help match increasingly competitive companies with exceptionally qualified people. Almost immediately we began growing at a pace that confirmed how intense the demand for talent in today’s economy is, and how well we meet that demand.
That first year, with a focus on recruiting and staffing the market’s best application developers and financial professionals, we tripled our revenue and doubled our staff.
In 2008, we leveraged our growth, along with our extensive network of technology and business professionals, to launch a our Information Management Practice. Offering services in business intelligence, data warehousing, data integration, and related disciplines, the IM Practice builds upon our core competencies in application development, adding strategy, visioning, planning, and program oversight.
Today, we have expanded to become an international practice, partnering with companies across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and India.
